Lack of interaction given COVID/social distancing.
I've really loved Preciate social by far and I've been so impressed by the level of care I've gotten from the Preciate team.
When there are groups huddling together that have more than 10 people are excluded from that audio.
I love that you are able to move around the room and discuss with others like you would in real life. The fact that the volume of conversations shift depending on where you are the room is so cool.
No much here, there was a bit of a lag when the presenter started talking but nothing out of the ordinary.
I really enjoy the virtual set up where you can float across the screen and have mini groups with in the meeting and how it make it feel like we are in person again.
Definitely different feeling than the same old variety of Video Conferencing Apps out there - quite positive, collaborative and much more engaging.

It's nice to have a dedicated workspace for each of my clients, where both they and I can collaborate in real-time.
That one (1) above is part of a bigger issues of weak documentation and a terrible user interface, which looks unappealing to start with and is poorly organised.
It's an amazing app and my experience with it is very satisfying. It helps me to schedule my day in most effective manner.
The only thing I found missing in this software is its mobile app availability. They don't have mobile application.
The real time alerts help me to complete my meetings in best effective manners. The QR Code option is lightening fast.
Lack of integration, no zapier integration offer. However it's very important to me, as I do much work on automation process.

The variety of set ups is very diverse and made it difficult for us to find the right one at a glance.
The platform is very intuitive and easy to understand for any user. Furthermore, the interface is very nice and clean and is limited to the essential content.
There were a lot of bugs and it was very exhausting to work with the new platform. But most of the things have been fixed now.

I love all the features and ease of use. The best part of Mikogo is that even a novice computer user can use Mikogo with ease.
I cancelled minutes after it auto-renewed and they refuse to refund the renewal fee. They are basically strong-arming customers into an extra year of subscription.
The link is much stronger now. I appreciate that you provide tools like chat, pizzarra for drawing, and snapshots so I can totally control my session.
Very bad support, basically non-existent. Often could not connect to client computers.
Mikogo is good software, because I used it when I first started using it. Mikogo also has very good functionality.
The invited end user onboarding is a bit confusing and many of my clients would struggle to join a conference.
Its ability to share the screen with others during meetings is powerful up to 25 people. With Mikogo there is no need to download or install any software.
Shame on you Mikogo, for selling a product in this country without any access to technical support.
My overall experience has been great, giving me lightning fast capability to remotely share my screen.
They were very aggressive in their collection efforts and ultimately I ended paying for most of a second year. Beware agreements that auto renew and DONT accept non payment as cancellation.
It's easy to to start a support session and resolve issues quickly. It is mostly intuitive to both parties.
Couldn't reach billing department to straighten out charges.
Mikogo far exceeds it's competitors on customer support and does exceptionally well with its ease of use for the non-computer literate.
They also forced another year's subscription on me - they require paypal auto renew, The vast majority of companies will allow you to cancel an auto renew if you let them know in a reasonable time.
