Pros and Cons from Whatspot users

The cost is especially reasonable and less while compared with others. Fantastic client care accessible to help us and furthermore they do give proactive tips to have a superior encounter.
It bothers me that configuring users always goes back to the beginning when I configure a user. In addition to deactivating a user that is no longer used, it should be possible to delete it.
Appsolutely best thing is support. I have never had such a good experience - and above all in the time i needed support i was only trial user.
The functionnality of import for the first integration is missing, now, we are obliged to invite manually 400 people.
A really effective tool that helps companies increase the efficient use of their shared resources.
We use to do manual booking due to limited space we have. Now people can book online - saves everyone time.
I've invited 10 people and all of them liked Whatspot. Everyone is excited that now they can easily book meeting rooms and this process is organized.
Time slots are not flexible and this affects on the system administrator and the system users.
Very Simple and Ease of Use, Inexpensive, I like the barcode feature.
Ease of use and ease of onboarding was also the critical point for our team, cause not everyone is willing to spend a lot of time with learning a new app. Everyone jumped in really quickly.
It is a very good Reservation and scheduling App.
Easy to use and navigate. Very Straight forward and customer service is exceptional.
Ease of use and the possibility for everyone to access anywhere and book a room.
The looks and ease of use. My clients don't need instructions to use the software, it's ready to use immmediately.

On top of that, support is great and helpful (I had a feature request and they were very receptive). 24sessions is worth your money and your time.
But it's caused too much frustration for me to rate it super-highly.
I love that 24sessions is fully cloud base, with nothing to download (like all the other 'solutions') and with zero friction for the prospect.
Not very intuitive, not a lot of customizable options and guests have to know a weird unique code to enter the meeting.
I've been using 24sessions a little under a month and I'm impressed. The online booking form and integration with Google calendar is seamless and will save you time.
Some bugs that I reported didn't get fixed and made clients miss calls.
What wins me over: the video and audio quality (even on 3G), the branding you can keep visible at all times in the video chat, and the calendar integration and scheduling function within the app.
It's really not efficient to try and remember to log in to their website to block off my calendar whenever I add something new to my normal calendar (which is multiple times daily).
Super easy to use, no installation needed, multi-platform, customized theme: it's just about perfect.
I like that we can have our own branding on it, and that clients dont need to download a client. I also love that the chats can be recorded.
Currently I am using the software mainly to record podcasts. The quality was so great that I did not even had to make changes to the audio after my very first interview.
Easy to use video call software with great quality. Allows caller scheduling which reduces a lot of back and forth communication, saving a lot of time (and these forms are embeddable).
Great experience that earns it's money (and much more) :-).
The interface and ease of use. Has all the features I needed.
Easy to use, sets up quick, quality connection, branding.
I liked how they recorded meetings though so you could come back and refer to them in the future. They also did little things like adding some decor and changing the test-music around Christmas etc.

Overall, the StarLeaf is good for meetings. It provides all the good features like sound quality, video quality, and most importantly, secure communication.
There are some features missing in comparison with other cloud collaboration services. Sometimes ios app is unstable, crashes.
Overall, it's been a great experience working with StarLeaf. We love the Outlook integration and ease of scheduling, in addition to the other features offered by the system.
My problem with StarLeaf is that it is not well utilised. It became embarrassing asking so many people to download the app just to meet with us.
The whole system is intuitive, which our customers love. Its also easily scalable, which is a huge benefit to most organisations.
If there are any features that I feel are missing from the software I know that they are already on the road map for future development.
The management portal is really easy to use. The ability to scale up to a voice platform is also a nice to have that other vendors don't have.
Establishing connectivity with external devices can be difficult.
Fantastic Enterprise-grade solution for Microsoft Skype for Business/Teams.
Without question, Starleaf has the highest picture quality and stability that I have ever experienced with a video conferencing system. The customer support is excellent too.
Our team loves the high quality audiovisual experience and security offered by StarLeaf.
Good video app that I use daily for communication with my colleagues and business contacts.
StarLeaf allows secure messaging and facilitates quick video calls and meetings. Its interface is easy to navigate and features new business communication tools.
Saves travel time and money. Also there's a great app to communicate from my mobile device with my colleagues.
Very fast and responsive clients. Calls are established in second.
It is a solid tool, mostly used in our company but lot of technical difficulties reported and often emails from tech support that is down.
Starleaf offers both cloud based endpoints that are aggressively priced and include Touch Panels, as well as Solutions specifically to be deployed within Skype-for-Business environments.
Easy adoption and training of users. We were looking to solve problems with AV integration and coordinating customer calls with Skype.

I love the scaleability and flexibility. The collaboration we are able to achieve across the company now is amazing.
The back end is incredibly confusing (ThinkingPhones or Fuze? They merged and didn't do it well), and their customer support is by far the worst I've experienced.
Easy to use and has most of the features that are in Skype, Nice use of video and good voice quality.
Some of the functionality is not as straightforward to use as it should be. It can integrate contacts from other sources, but sometimes does a poor job.
The hardware for Fuze (formerly thinkingphones), is fantastic. The use of side cars for more lines for users to navigate to, as well as displaying if someone is on a call, is great.
I failed to find even a single deficiency in it.
The best thing about it is that I can easily coordinate among my teammates through its instant messaging feature that is a huge ease in all terms.
You can get people on the line when you have an emergency, but I've only been able to get a person transferred to me twice. The other times they called back within an hour.
The tool is pretty cool and has several great features...web integration is easy, the mobile app is a plus, getting the voicemail delivered to your email is really cool too.
UI attempted to look fresh but I did find it a bit confusing when using simple features such a text history searches.
Overall experience has been positive - and we are pleased with the selection.
That was unheard of just a bit ago. I love the you made transferring calls easy from the mobile app so we are easily able to get call to co-worker spread out working in their own homes.
In the pandemic Telehealth landscape, its ease of use and great interface has really stuck out and shined.
Full adoption has been easy and users love it. Customer support is good - although I would like all users to be able to access support rather than being mediated through my IT.
The features we use all day, every day, just work in a very user friendly way. It doesn't have feature bloat that confuses people - it just works.
In the early days of our use of Fuze, it served our needs well. We were transferring from the "Big Boys" on the street because of their escalating costs for the same service.
We needed to move to a system that offered features, scale, good price and support and where we would have business continuity. It offers flexible working and a more agile and mobile workforce.
Fuze integrates well across different devices. Meetings are easy to setup via the app or Outlook.

Pros and Cons from Vyte users

Vyte is the best tool for collaboratively planning meeting, with some room to be even better. It has been very helpful to me managing my time with potential and current clients.
They would prefer me to pickup a date or just be available whenever they won't and don't even try looking into Vyte (some people are terribly scared about new tools and technologies).
The customization of my Vyte scheduling page that I share out is a top favorite of using Vyte. The customizations and fairly easy settings area are top as well.
When the company changes something on their end, it is difficult to reestablish connections. Their customer service is very slow.
I'm scheduling clients with ease and confidence knowing my calendar is being used to give them availability. It's a really great service and well worth the fee.
I think it is a bit expensive, too. Some external user sometimes claim about usability problems, but I believe mostly they are lazy.
For those who aren't tech savvy, it's great to be able to interface without integrating calendars and offers another opportunity to share the beauty of integrating your workflow with others.
Scheduling meetings is generally a waste of time but it is even more complex when it comes to managing time zones.
I loved setting up meetings with Vyte. It was very easy to use and my clients appreciated its flexibility.
I receive so many compliments from my customers about how effortless the experience is. I also really like the ability fo customize my page.
What I like most about Vyte is that it was not well known in the US. It works great and the paid version has worked well for me.
Very easy to use, I like that I can both post my availability and allow others to post their availability.

My users have not only been impressed with the interface, but love that they can see the upcoming meetings for a room as well as who is in those meetings.
When Eventboard came to us, we were already struggling with some meeting room software that just demanded too much training, preparation, and maintenance.
If you are looking for a business to delivery top product for your business and to wow people then TEEM is the company I would recommend for you.
I don't think it is bait and switch, but I do believe it is a little questionable.
The product was easy to install, customer service/technical support has been outstanding, the product does everything it promised.
Tablets have to be manually or remotely configured if it stops working. Usually because of an update on the application or the tablet.
Went through 3 separate vendors to decide the best software for office-sharing/conference room booking. The sales rep was very friendly and helpful.
The only negative I can mention is support for Andriod tablets.
I can track my team meeting not only the time but the locations. This is a godsend and one of my favorite business software.
Pre-sales support and customer service are both excellent and have been very easy to work with on the few questions I had regarding the products capabilities.
Wonderful customer service and very easy to use product that produces a very professional look that assists with making conference room use easy.
The ease of use for our end users makes Teem a valuable asset. We enjoy being able to connect the calendars and see everything that is going on.
Teem provides excellent customer service. The conference room scheduling tool provides great visuals for our conference rooms.
Space is always at a premium and anything that helps to free up available meeting rooms is a benefit to our users.
Their support team is top-notch, being available at need for any assistance during POC or implementation. They have great partnerships with enclosure vendors, and even offer discounts.
Teem is a great conference room and workspace reservation software without any fluff.
The Google Calendar integration is painless, responsive, and intuitive.
Its a relatively painless setup process with no 'real' maintenance required. Easily integrates with G Suite and has a user-friendly UX for end-users.
