Great experience, would recommend to anyone. They are competent, thorough, and a joy to work with.
It is a little more difficult and difficult to understand than the other application in terms of tabulation and graphing.
Having the ability to run reports from our ERP and pre production system has been hugely helpful in catching any errors and ensuring integrations are successful each season.
Quite annoyed that I have to enter my password when each time I search it.
Its easy to use and spreadsheet like features makes mass updates for data possible and is a big win for teams resistant to change.
With Intellimas it is more difficult to do "what ifs" than with spreadsheets. Another minor thing is a lot of scrolling across the screen to see data.
Like audit/facility/customer/relationship module which is very helpful.
In all fairness, some of the problems I encounter may be because of the way our company chose to have things set up from the beginning.
There is a good Team supporting product and access to R&D teams to resolve any challenges.

User interface is awful and much of my time was spent figuring out which parts of the menu are clickable and which are not.
I can easily plot a beautiful figure in 5 min. Many of the embedded plotting tools are really good and they even make my plots more beautiful.
Converting photos in data seems to be possible but I am struggling with it.
I also like the customer service since I have had many occasions to seek help from them. They are really helpful and often resolve issues within a few days.
The biggest drawback of the software is lack of options on a mac and the fact that keeping it on a desktop and laptop uses two licenses for each user.
I really appreciate the customer service as well, they are good at helping unravel even complex needs into relatively simple steps in the software.
After I finished the plotting and I still need to go back to Mac system, which is annoying and to be honest, is a waste of time.

It is so powerful, and I know I'm barely scraping the surface of what all it's capable of. It is amazing for tracking progress, analyzing data, and staying organzied.
Some of the error messages are hard to decipher when using the software and the functions have confusing variables to put in at times.
I like the ease of this software to input my numbers that have been acquired over the year and is a good reference to keep my numbers straight.
The software cannot be readily integrated or harmonized with other information systems. The software is totally insensitive to human errors; it does not prompt the user when there is an error.
I would easily recommend it as it's perfect for kids in school, in the work place etc. All it's features are detailed and open doors for me to be as creative as I want to be.
When there is a large amount of data entered into a spreadsheet it's inevitable to have trivial human mistakes made. Sometimes it's very difficult to find those mistakes later.
I absolutely love how useful it is. I have used to it keep track of inventory and sales. It's great for finances and things like that.
It can be hard to figure out your mistakes. The macro feature cant be undone and can be harmful if ran an accident.
Excel has made it easier for me to prepare and present my finances and assets, it's like having an account buddy who will help you calculate everything and present it as you wish.
Excel is perfect for any user - beginner, intermediate, expert. Depending on your skill set and what you need to accomplish, Excel is the right tool for you and is super easy to learn and excel in.

Love it, love it love it. As a small business, it has al of the tools we need to run and operate our business.
For example, inserting code into a google doc is sometimes ugly and extremely inconvenient. I imagine there are other similar specialized use cases that should be added.
My overall experience with Google Workspace has been great. There are so many useful tools within it and it is perfect for a business owner.
We did run into occasional glitches and bugs, especially where access permissions are concerned, which can be a problem.
A really great place to work out of, ease of use is 10/10, and just really a workplace's best friend.
At times when files are imported from external apps such as Microsoft 360 for example there are loss of formatting and data types which is inconvenient.
Google Workspace is a great productivity suite that always feels great to use. We use it every day, and have always been happy with it.
It seems that it has more potential if someone would have thought a bit more on usability. The worst part in Google products is the lack of support.
The integration of Google Meets was a good addition that responded to the evolving marketplace of remote visual meetings (and at least for now it's free, which is also a great bonus).
I love having everything in one spot and the pricing is really good for me too. I like that they offer a BA agreement option as well.
The best part is that it provides all the google tools like, docs, slides, sheets, meet, and many other in this one workspace. So, by this you can make your workspace more effective and productive.
Gsuite comes with a bunch of features that makes email user friendly, secure, and professional. It has great calendar, video conference, storage, and great synchronization with the smart phone.
There are great turnkey templates that are suitable for quizzes, courses, grading and reporting. Email infrastructure is great for using inside your organization.
Its awesome, customer service is ALWAYS super helpful and help you out very quickly with any issues and its also very easy to use.
G Suite is a very reliable, cost effective and easy to use product. I would recommend it to anyone and have recommended it to my friends.

The fact it's free is amazing. It's a great choice for personal or small business or non-profits.
When downloading to a Word document on your laptop, there is often formatting error and glitches which can be annoying.
I love this it's free, easy to use, comparable to Excel, and accessible on multiple devices. I use it mainly for my budget, which has not only helped me save a lot of money but plan for the future.
Google Sheets suffers from severe slowdowns when working with a few hundred rows of data. Don’t even bother if there are complex equations within those rows.
I like it because It's % 100 Free app from google and it's very easy to use with a clean and useful user interface. I like how I can create many sheets in one project and use other sheets format.
It can be frustrating when there's no information online about troubleshooting some formula errors.
It's easy to use and when you click on the Explore button, you can analyze data super quickly. It integrates well with Google Forms and the collaboration tools are amazing.

This has been a great management tool for our company, the integration of comms has been great and has allowed us to cut down on mails as which has been amazing.
The worst thing is that some resources are paid, which limits the use of the platform by people who cannot pay.
The paid version has some excellent functionality additions like dependencies and custom labels/tags, which can be really helpful.
Sometimes tickets get lost or buried but I feel that this comes down to user error and workload management and is not so much a fault of ht software or design.
Overall, I love that Asana is super easy to use, but also has more advanced features when you need them.
I find it very inconvenient that I can't copy tasks to another project on mobile. This is my only complaint about Asana.
Asana is awesome for project management especially when working with a team. It has an easy interface to use, it is great.
Limited storage space for the smaller plan which is inadequate for the bigger projects and notification sometimes get delayed.
So far it's been great, I looked at a couple of their competitors and Asana seemed to be the best. So far I'm happy with our decision.
Portfolios are great for keeping an eye on multiple projects. Having the ability to add tasks to multiple projects is a big plus and very helpful so that tasks can be seen from various perspectives.

We eventually stopped using this software because the UI was very limited in it's features. Our team didn't really catch on, and we abandoned the software after a year.

I then took the Smartsheet training to be certified and that opened my eyes to the power of the tool (and also to the fact that the sheets I hated were users in our company using it very, very WRONG).
I love the ease to customize your sheet for whatever you need and however you like it. Love being able to switch around columns and sort rows so quickly too.
The only complaint that I have is that if the spreadsheet is very large, the page can be slightly laggy.
The project being web-based helps to share information with other members of the team. The ability to export to various formats, as well as get team updates is a huge benefit.
Some features seem to be missing or limited features available.
Overall, the experience is positive - strong tools, robust features, easy to learn. I would recommend this to anyone who needs to have data interact with multiple systems and user types.

You can pull off amazing things if you sit down and build it. I was able to build a completely automated revenue and labor estimator that shows me how profitable each member of my team is.

I then took the Smartsheet training to be certified and that opened my eyes to the power of the tool (and also to the fact that the sheets I hated were users in our company using it very, very WRONG).
I love the ease to customize your sheet for whatever you need and however you like it. Love being able to switch around columns and sort rows so quickly too.
The only complaint that I have is that if the spreadsheet is very large, the page can be slightly laggy.
The project being web-based helps to share information with other members of the team. The ability to export to various formats, as well as get team updates is a huge benefit.

Very fast product- I would say for the most part it is easy to use- Stable product and options for exporting are solid- I would call this a powerful program and being that it is free very affordable.
The only con I can think of is that if you are used to Microsoft, Numbers will be very confusing at first.

The beautiful interface and ease of use intrigues me and appears to be useful. It also has excellent tool management with an outstanding performance.
But sometimes firewall and IPS systems warn there may be a risk with those connections and this is a bit annoying. Further, the WPS spreadsheet application gets freeze from time to time.
It is also a most widely used presentation software for a customer or a venue with the guarantee of not being rejected. Thus, an amazing tool that assures one with great experiences.
One thing is that it takes a long to load while you are going to open the file. Its time wasting or irritating if you are in hurry.
I just love how easy WPS Office is to use. It is much cheaper than Microsoft's 365, it is much more beautiful and user friendly than Open Office, and it is an all around great piece of software.
It worked very hard, it blocked, it stopped and it gave me a lot of errors.
It is the best of the Office alternatives I have found so far. It looks and feels better than Office itself, and that is high praise seeing how long Office has been around.
Also, on my phone model, I often am unable to view the bottommost part of the pdf, I have no clue why it is often cut off.

Also for example, you can set invoices to "warn" you if duplicate invoice numbers when manually entering, but if you are using the import feature, it will just crash.

Sage intacct was the worst experience I have had with any accounting system implementation. I basically did all of the integration and system set up and paid them to do it.
The customizing of reports is great. The simplicity is nice and it's easy to navigate around and for the most part pretty easy to train on.
We get a lot of errors within Intacct and Salesforce integration, I am not sure if our setup is just complex but we always seem to be fixing something.

It was cumbersome to go back and fix an error. The customer service reps were not as knowledgeable in certain areas.
I because extremely comfortable with it with in days so i would say it is extremely user friendly. It was very convenient in the sene that most everything i needed was all in one place.

I love it that I can use for almost anything I want, and I grow to love it more everyday as I have been seeing the non-stop improvement by the team.
Some things I find annoying about the software is how thin the scrolling bars are.
The app is so impressive that I don't know where to start. But I would highlight the ability to create spreadsheets similar to Excel which at the same time are databases.
It's lagging, "functions" still need to be more developed.
Customer support is responsive, and the company is transparent about the direction they're headed in. I'm personally very excited to see where this company goes on the future.
But once I able to grasp all the key functions, this will be an invaluable tool in my collection. Hardly much to complain.

Due to its open source nature and popularity, this is a good software to start using if you're starting off a small company or trying to run a business with a small team.

We love being able to have a plain-language, easy to understand, questionnaire that still gets us the information we need to populate legal documentation and our clients love it too.

Very happy with the tool as we use this with our home grown solution to serve Legal community for various use cases.
Problems incurred when offline, pricing is high.
Uploading and structuring documents was very easy, which is key when sharing important legal documents with a client.
It crashed once but this may be an end user problem rather than a system wide issue.
It is easy to use, has timely and relevant information and on the rare occasion that we need support, the customer service has been extremely helpful.
Highly efficient and once heavy lifting on automation was complete, easy to implement with users as very user friendly.

The best part about this software is that it is capable of learning about you, it learns about you and modifies itself to improve your workflow.
Same as in compatibility when working with other types of software, sometimes the format got lost in the file conversion.
Overall it was good, the software presented itself as a good alternative to other more expensive solutions, and with good customer support that other free apps can't offer.
Speaking specifically for the mobile version, its problems lay with the issues of any business tasks on a mobile device.
I liked that the software offered almost the same features as the Microsoft Office Suite, at least compared to the apps of common use like word processing and spreadsheats.

This software is easy to use and helps track WHS action. Comprehensive fields output to great graphs and summaries.
No user guide available. The sheets can be easily malfunction once a number or a title of a heading is adjusted, which makes it really difficult to customize to my needs.
It is the guidance for me what kind of information I need and how to demonstrate data more effectively.
At times difficult to change for your own setup.
Its a great tool for HSE performance Monitoring and Reporting. As an ISO Management System Consultant I highly recommend it to my clients.
A decent tool especially if you are excel illiterate or time poor and cannot build your own tool. Frustrating if you want to customise it but can't.

I use iOS on Macbook, when there is a lot a data, the file start to lag.
