The platform provides integration with Simple Estimating and Simple Job Accounting, allowing users to create projects directly from bid information and job data, as well as import vendors from these systems.

The interactive Gantt chart feature enables users to view multiple projects simultaneously, move tasks, and see real-time results of task dependencies. Filtering options allow users to sort projects by status, date range, phase, and vendor, while also providing the ability to update tasks, complete tasks, and approve purchase orders assigned to tasks. The system handles holidays and offers a workday option when calculating task dates, ensuring accurate scheduling.
