ASCTrac WMS is a warehouse management system designed to cover the entire manufacturing and distribution supply chain, with ordering, inventory management, pick and pack, quality control, shipping, and reporting capabilities.

ASCTrac WMS automatically generates advanced shipment notifications (ASN) for all inbound and outbound shipments, and the receiving module supports cross docking, directed putaway, expiration dates, FEFO (first expired, first out), FIFO (first in, first out), and lot control. Users can also fully trace both component and finished goods, compliant with FDA regulations and ISO9000 standards, as well as managing quality control with FDA-compliant reason codes. Audit trails are also generated for all transactions, which can be used for history reporting.

ASCTrac WMS supports multiple wireless hardware devices; to be used for receiving, stock control, pick and pack, and more; and thermal printers, allowing users to print their own labels, produced with the built-in label designer. Multiple different units of measure can be used, with the ability to convert between units, and users can also configure custom fields, prompts, and field names.
