Super flexible: It's been a scalable solution that has supported our growing business. It's hard to say what I liked most because I didn't really like it that much. One positive is that it's a very robust product probably best suited to a much larger company than ours. NOT user-friendly, the turnaround on tickets is horrible. There is no videos or forums where customers can go and see how other Epicor users are fixing there/workaround problems they are facing.

Free version is good value, but paid version is expensive when compared to competitive products.
