Eventbee is a web-based online ticketing platform offering localized event management tools to international organizers. Sign up to a free account is quick and convenient for users of all levels, before feature packages are charged at a structured, flat commission-based rate for paid tickets only and discounted for non-profit organizations. From here event organizers can begin by creating and publishing fully customizable webpages for one time or recurring events, adding branded dynamic registration forms. Provide single or multiple ticketing types for general admission and reserved seating, leveraging personalized floor plans designed to fit the specific venue. Credit card-based ticket sales can then be processed via integration with merchants PayPal, Stripe, Braintree or Authorize.net or through Eventbee itself, all subject to additional transaction fees.
Events can then be further promoted via event links on associated sites, Eventbee’s own ticketing widgets and social sharing support for Facebook, Google+ and Twitter. Behind the scenes organizers can then administrate the running of the event itself, delegating team tasks, and adding sub-manager users with 24/7 access. The centralized online login also collects key attendee and sales data, providing rich reports exportable to PDF or Excel for easy sharing.
