The knowledgebase or CRM integrated bots also assist agents in efficiently responding to customers' queries. Expertflow CTI connector embeds the telephony bar within CRM such as MS Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, Avanza, Salesforce, and ServiceNow, etc., so agents can handle call control while browsing and updating customer information from the same interface.

It can work on top of any contact center such as Cisco or FusionPBX.
