What is FitSW?

FitSW personal training software helps trainers to build workouts, plan diets, track client progress, manage schedules, and more. FitSW allows trainers to track their clients' fitness from any type of device, whether its a desktop, tablet, or phone. For workout planning, trainers can create, track, and record multiple fitness clients' workouts online in one central location and utilize FitSW's extensive exercise database with exercise demos. To aid with progress tracking, trainers can track and chart client fitness progress on anything, from body-fat to waist-line to bench-press max, and all charts are fully customizable.
