Features of Hedyla include resource management, data import/export, GPS tracking, invoicing, activity planning, dispatching, analytics, and more. It lets administrators manage orders, gain insights into vehicle’s performance, and generate custom reports in real-time.
Hedyla offers an API, which lets businesses integrate the system with various enterprise resource planning (ERP), transportation management, logistics, and other platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics NAV, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Excel, and more. Delivery executives can also use the application to modify routes based on various factors such as real-time traffic, priorities, order types, or vehicle availability and capture customers’ signatures via mobile devices.
