What is NetCamps?
NetCamps makes camp registration, payment, and communication easy. The SaaS provides an all-in-one platform with a customizable website for users to build out camp info. All registered camps can create their own custom forms and waivers. Collect credit card payments as well as accept waiver signatures digitally all while managing camp details from anywhere at any time. No minimum charges. No set up fees. No Contracts.
NetCamps PLUS is an optional premium subscription. It offers access to several premium features that allow an administrator to better manage their event. Admins can run automated surveys, assign participants to groups, teams, etc, generate skill assessments, share images, run a user forum to interact with registrants, remove NetCamps branding, and more!
Key benefits of using NetCamps
- Extremely easy to use. Most clients are able to use the software from day 1 with no questions.
- Receive a dedicated website for each camp, as well as a dedicated website for your organization - especially useful if you are running multiple camps/sessions. Share these links when you promote your camp - no more phone registrations and paper checks needed! You can also link to these pages from your own website, if you prefer.
- Generate a tailored registration form that asks every question you need - including enabling upsells of merchandise, etc.
- Accept all major credit cards. The credit card fees are included in the fees to use our software. Note: NetCamps has no access to financial information of the camp or registrants. We partner with Stripe to ensure the highest level of security - all payments and funds disbursements are conducted by Stripe.
- Access reports with all registrant information and financial performance of the camp.
- Pay as you go -- fees assessed per registration, and you have an option to either deduct the fees from registration proceeds or pass them on to your registrants (e.g. they will pay the fees). It's up to you - all you need to do is click a button.
- With NetCamps PLUS - get access to several premium features that help professionalize a camp/event. Survey administration, image sharing, white label, skill assessments, etc.
