Really slick implementation. Some slowness with technical support in recent years as they have grown. Overall very good.

Targeted product recommendations. Reduced personalisation manpower requirement.

Ambitious integrations that don’t always work. Becomes quite expensive. Fee paid for any sale that has a nosto element to it, not always fair as other software could have been the clincher
