What is ResPax?

ResPax is a tour reservation management software designed for businesses in travel & tourism, maritime, hospitality, entertainment, and recreational services industries. It helps organizations streamline online booking operations, configure workflows, manage distribution channels, and more.

ResPax’s online booking engine enables administrators to collect passenger details, embed promotional tour videos, bundle and sell tour packages, create multi-lingual content, and process payments via multiple payment gateways including PayPal, Split Payments, SecurePay, and Payment Express. With its tour reservations software, managers can categorize organization records by agent or operator, export tour details into CSV or PDF format, manage inventory, set default pickup locations, customize packages, and more. Users can also access the built-in specialist tour operators database and list tours on various online booking sites via the channel manager.

ResPax Enterprise facilitates integration with several Online Travel Agents (OTAs) and accounting systems including MYOB, Sybiz, Quickbooks, Smart Stream, Great Plains, and Pastel via an application programming interface (API). It uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption to encode credit card details on capture, ensuring data protection and security.
