Adrenalin helped our company get rid of unnecessary paperwork.
Our company decided to veer way from paperwork and introduced Adrenalin to automate most of the HR processes. All our leaves and time-off requests are managed through the app. It can also handle other requests like document requests for HR. Aside from that, it tracks our attendance daily. It also stores employee information.
I had problems with attendance tracking because it does not detect the my time in and it does not allow me to sign out. The interface seems outdated too.

My overall experience has been pathetic. The product has limited features, especially Performance Management System and Attendance system and cannot be easily customized as per client requirements.
There is nothing that I like about this software
Our whole experience as a user is below average. We have been struggling to get the product team to provide us with meaningful HR analytics reports, tracking talent movements, Mid-year performance review forms, etc. Their customer support team is also very weak.
