I used Salesforce in my previous roles, as a sales rep. I understand the power of the tool for sales forecasting and reporting, but didn't enjoy it as a user.

More organized CRM. Easier navigation between accounts. Many visual reports to keep track of team.

I've used SalesForce for a year now. I am an admin and manage an SDR team who uses it as well.

It kept track of all the basic CRM functions, just not that easy to use.

Easy to track quotes and leads,  The CRM is great probably that is why is  market leader.

Customer services didn't impress me. Had to spend good time in explaining what we do. 

We use Saleforce as a basic CRM, to track sales opportunities/wins/loses, and to build quotes.

Extremely powerful, if set-up properly!

Great tool if you can invest the time and effort to get started. Once started SalesForce starts to help with day to day tasks. Many small businesses can't invest the and effort to use it properly.

Salesforce for Advertising Agency

Worst experience of any company I have ever worked with.  Could have been a comedy of errors show. 

Small business avoid this product. 

We have solved the issue of lead track as we were not using a tracking system. 

Tracking Calls and Sales 

We're seeing a decrease in revenue due to limited capabilities but the support team seems committed to assisting with work-arounds.

The TRACK system has been great! My team was and is easily trained, as the program is extremely user friendly. The ease of communication with our guests is great, and when I have staff that work different schedules they are all able to work as a team and cover all of our leads. Being able to direct my OTA emails into the system for my team to be able to access and respond to all leads through the one program has been a huge time saver!

My overall experience has been nothing but great. I have nothing bad to say about this software.

Overall I think this product solves some issues we were having with keeping track of clients from beginning to end. Also helpful to coach agents with.
