Fantastic

I gained the knowledge of how to use this CRM that also carries over to other crm's

Pros

I really liked the way that the user friendliness of this software. It makes it easy for people with different experience levels of CRM's able to use this.

Cons

I would like to see more automated customization, I use velocify and there is a ton of different automated tasks that can be set.

The only one of its kind

It's something I love that I have but wish it was more convenient to use.

Pros

There are widgets like Velocify that can be added, which give it a big boost.

Cons

The bad part about it not having any major competition is that it can get away with being buggy, not having good customer service, and being relatively rigid.
