My Favorite Platform

Pros

The support I get from my dedicated CSM is amazing. They truly understand our business and goals, and provide great ideas and recommendations. There are always new features being rolled out, new and more helpful reporting. The platform does exactly what I need it to.

Cons

Tried to brainstorm a con and honestly can't come up with one.

Increase in revenue, insight into what offers our customers prefer, inspiration for new campaigns.

Pros

The best part about this software is the amount of control we have over the overlays. We are able to create custom overlays, target specific audiences, and test campaigns all on our own time. This is extremely valuable to us as our stock levels are constantly changing, and as a fashion retailer we need software that is able to keep up with the fast-pace, which Yieldify does well. Account management is fantastic; Yieldify is always happy to listen and adapt to our needs in the ever-changing world of ecommerce. They take on board all suggestions and are constantly updating their platform for the better.

Cons

The reporting portion of this software really needs improving. It is quite basic in terms of exporting data. We only have the option of exporting CSVs when we have a lead-driven campaign, which is rare. The data should be a bit more granular, providing C:R, CPC, and AOV to name a few. Furthermore, the price is expensive compared to competitors who offer overlay technology. Yieldify should be able to offer more for the price, as competitors offer overlays plus additional features such as email/product recommendations/display ads for the same price.

Great product for ab testing and I 've used many on the market

love it, and learned all about A/B testing!

Pros

I love how it teaches and information it offers....Easy to pick up, but not easy to teach. A great overall product that I highly recommended to any organizations out there.

Cons

i think it could be a bit easier to learn, as well as teach, but again overall its a great product... I have used many other the market, they all have cons, but you have to weigh them over the pros, and you will see that this is a great product.

Efficient account management, good functionality

Pros

The functionality is great. The fact that we can customise and make the popups look on brand is great.

Cons

The dashboard is not very intuitive however we have a great account manager, Nick, who explains and reports on results and findings so we don't find we really log into the dashboard often.

Great for optimising your conversions

Overall the experience has been excellent, and would highly recommend anyone to use Yieldify.

Pros

Easy to integrate, and very clear and simple to see return on investment based on A/B tests. Great team behind it too that is always willing to help. Has driven conversions in many different areas.

Cons

Some optimisations require developer input, which is to be expected.

Incrementality testing is what enhanced the experience for us

Pros

In addition to the more standard A/B Testing, Yieldify enables Incrementality Testing for broad campaign targeting -- this helps measure how much uplift our campaigns are delivering (the caveat to it is that you do need considerable amount of data in order to generate reliable metrics of course; therefore it wouldn't suit websites with less than 25,000 monthly visitors or so).

Cons

Sales is the measurement of success for A/B testing. I'd have liked to see the difference in the number of leads collected by variant when the test includes lead generation fields.
