Pros

You can build incredibly amazing customer relationship with the most popular and favorite Zoho CRM Software. You can convert extra leads and you can easily increase your revenue.
I like the most about the collaborative easy to use tools with any type of function like customer service, marketing and creating automated responses which are very helpful.
ZOHO CRM is very easy to use, particularly, it offers you the ability to customize its features to fit business goals. It has a great user-friendly interface and easy to navigate.

Pros

Love it, love it love it. As a small business, it has al of the tools we need to run and operate our business.
My overall experience with Google Workspace has been great. There are so many useful tools within it and it is perfect for a business owner.
A really great place to work out of, ease of use is 10/10, and just really a workplace's best friend.

Cons

The workflow piece is awful and not intuitive at all. Where all other platforms use actual workflows, Zoho is stuck in the 18th century in its interface.
Really clunky, looks terrible (in terms of UI), and generally a bad CRM tool. I guess you get what you pay for.
It was a mistake and I immediately corrected myself by ignoring Zoho apps. Though I wasted 2 months learning the modules.

Cons

For example, inserting code into a google doc is sometimes ugly and extremely inconvenient. I imagine there are other similar specialized use cases that should be added.
We did run into occasional glitches and bugs, especially where access permissions are concerned, which can be a problem.
At times when files are imported from external apps such as Microsoft 360 for example there are loss of formatting and data types which is inconvenient.

We switched to Google Workspace because of integration with Google Docs.

Pros

Robust email system. They improved UI over the last few years, a lot of settings. Access via IMAP and POP3. 2nd-factor auth like in bigger systems.

Cons

Overcomplicated UI, mainly in settings. Both for admin and for the user. In the beginning, SPAM filter was buggy

I always suggest this to my clients as a cheaper alternative. It gets the job done and if you're comfortable in the platform, then it will serve you for life!

Pros

I like Zoho when my clients don't want to pay Google Workspace. It get's the job done. They are trying to make it easy for everyone to use their platform and I am satisfied by their work.

Cons

I wish it was a bit simpler to config and figure out different sections, sometimes I get lost in the platform. To me they are trying to copy google workspace but I am more comfortable with google workspace. I wish I could change the email app and make it look and function just like gmail. Also please come up with more video tutorials.

Easy to use, monitor leads and manage team assignments

As a less expensive option, this is what I recommend to all of my clients. If you're comfortable with the platform, it will serve you for the rest of your life. It's been a wonderful experience. You may receive answers quickly and easily by chatting with a member of their chat support team.

Pros

Zoho is a good alternative for clients who don't want to shell out money for Google Workspace. It accomplishes its purpose. My satisfaction with their efforts is based on the fact that they are attempting to make their platform accessible to everyone. Much of it is configurable and we were able to put it up 90% of the way we wanted. It's a breeze to use and keep track of.

Cons

I'd like it if the platform's many sections were made a little easier to configure and understand. In my opinion, they are attempting to mimic Google Workspace, although I am more familiar with Google Workspace's features. I'd love it if I could make my email software look and work just like gmail.

I find this platform very complete as a marketeer and sales professional. I can track different activities and events from my email google account in the software

Pros

As a goole workspace user, I find this software easy to use and integrate some Google tools into this platform. The platform interface is friendly and you can easily track you activities through it. I can group my emails from my leads and clients and box them in customized frames.

Cons

It integrates easily witihn google tools but sometimes it is difficult to manage outside tools into the integration process

Although the product is useful and adaptable and therefore has good compatibility to many different workspace platforms, the convoluted customer service is a total deterrent from my willingness to recommend the product to others.

Pros

I loved all that you got for a good price! Four different versions are included that make your experience very adaptable to workers.

Cons

The Zoho CRM calendar has many dysfunctions, as well as their email searching and sharing system, and the customer service is geared to drive you in circles rather than truly address the issue and fix the problem.

CRM tools that worked

All the years of experience with Zoho CRM has been wonderful and has helped our sales and marketing team to manage our lead and new client.

Pros

It's been a terrific experience thus far. Getting help from their customer service team via quick chat, some of whom are pretty helpful and educated, is probably the best option. The only way to resolve some problems is to make a phone call, but that's not an option here. Inconvenient as it may sound, callbacks are available, but they may be a pain when the person you're calling has already made an effort to do so. Email correspondence, on the other hand, may go on for days before things are resolved.

Cons

There are moments when I get confused about the platform since it's so complicated to configure and figure out various aspects. To me, they appear to be copying Google Workspace, but I like it. I'd love it if I could make my email software look and work just like Gmail. In addition, I'd like to see additional video lessons on the site. Because of its enormous scope, it needs a team with deep expertise to implement it effectively.

Pros

Zoho does not spy on Spread sheets like Google does it, believe google spy on this because i noticed google caught links that i made for a website.

Cons

Zoho interface is very bad for newbies, However, this is not very powerful like google office software.

Cons

In my company we used zoho, but we unable to connect it with google cloud to send emails. Google cloud has block the zoho port.

Pros

I used ZOHO as a CRM system in our company. This tool is very simple and has an exhaustive set of features such as for lead management.

Cons

I can not connect zoho with google cloud.

Woeful. Had so much promise 7 years ago. On a revisit, nothing has changed. Could be great but isn't.

Pros

Looks like a Google killer, does it all

Cons

Documentation very patchy, customer service and support was the worst. 3-7 days to get a canned answer referring to something completely different. 2 weeks after I killed the paid program, my issue got escalated and the supervisor sent an email.

After I found out Zoho CRM Won't send to yahoo email addresses I as happy to pretty easily switch over to gsuite for a reasonable price.

Pros

It integrates with many different software. Most everyone is already family with google docs and drive so it's easy to onboard and get going with team members.

Cons

bringing in my previous email contacts was confusing.
