So far it has been very positive. We have done a good bit of data customization and the team is starting to test functionality. It is a lot for a team to get accustomed to but after some initial testing I believe the adoption will be strong.
We will transition from the Zoho Bigin product to Zoho CRM. Both products are good but the ability to customize Zoho CRM modules and fields make it a viable product for us.
Along with a high level of functionality comes a certain amount of complexity that can make customizing your setup a bit tricky. However, if you allow for a bit of time to understand your options in Zoho, you can map your needs and create a highly functional data system.

I am saving a lot of times by using Zoho CRM. thanks, zoho!
I like workflow rules, modules and fields, templates, web forms and also user control. I think I like all products of Zoho. I don't have knowledge of coding. but I am using Zoho CRM without any problems. Superb job by Zoho Team.
I think. you guys should work on spamming Leads. Spam lead should not enter in CRM. I tried a lot but I am unable to stop which is coming to Zoho webforms.

What I love about the software is each module provides activities which you can track. This enables to be consistently updated. In addition, the system enables me to generate using built in reports.

Zoho CRM has inspired and motivated us to run our sales operations effectively and to build up very strong relationships with all our customers. It has given us an incredible space to collaborate and work together through our customers journey. Zoho CRM is giving us the most memorable experience that cannot be traded with anything else.
There are very useful task automations in Zoho CRM which has helped us get our work done easily and more accurately. It also has powerful analytical functions for generating insightful performance reports that help optimize our customer engagements during sales. Zoho CRM team collaboration tools help us to work together on our customer journey.
All features in Zoho CRM are perfect. We have not come across anything about Zoho CRM to dislike.

Overall Zoho CRM is a wonderful tool and can be gamechanger for any budding business. Zoho CRM will definitely help in better account management and improve sales.
The Software comes with incredible features like: - Single source for all the client details - Document/KYC management - Cloud access - Automate reply and follow-ups - Analyze sales performance and data
Although Zoho CRM is a great tool and a feature loaded tool but it lacks the analytics report. User need to define the reporting requirements by using Zoho analytics.

Really poor. We even sought out and worked with the leading Zoho integrator in the USA and they told us their own experience with Zoho CRM was fractured at best as Zoho seemed to be moving on as a company to advance their office suite while neglecting their CRM product.
It's cost structure and open customizability.

We utilize the Zoho suite, Zoho one, and the whole Zoho CRM, as well as its customer site. My favorite feature of Zoho CRM is the AI sales assistant, which solves the majority of our business use cases and difficulties. We have reduced downtime due to service and administrative challenges by 50% since we began utilizing Zoho CRM's AI sales assistant. I highly recommend Zoho CRM for mid-scale to large-scale businesses.
The Zoho CRM is simple to use. It truly serves customers for sales staff to determine the type of leads gathered by the tool, and it provides real-time information for accurate analysis to assess the importance of the leads as fresh, cold, and hot offers on a unified platform. The features are quite effective and beneficial for professionals on a daily basis.
As of now, I have had no problems using Zoho. We experienced troubles with its designed campaign software and utilized Zoho Campaigns until recently, but the two have now fully merged and advertising data are easy to evaluate within the CRM program. The notes view is the one field that I probably despise the most because it is difficult to filter on.

My overall experience with ZOHO CRM has been a long one, but in the end I'm glad that I've stuck to ZOHO CRM's program for our sales teams.
I enjoy the capability of ZOHO CRM and the amount of integrations that work with ZOHO CRM.
ZOHO support often times, first answer the chat to send you to a FAQ or self help article. Rather than diagnosing the problem, finding the underlying cause and then proceeding accordingly. It does take a long time to learn and many of the modules can't be modified the same way as another (Example: I can create a pipeline with one module but with the other I can't). Also to become very proficient within ZOHO CRM's education, you'll have to invest more into your education. Instead of it being provided for you with the program.

Very satisfied... jumped from a XLS based pipeline to build a strong CRM tool in just few hours of medium work. Now I can track all of my sales pipeline with a sigle view, and repport it to the company owners easily.
Very very very easy to use, easy to first setup, easy to customize to fit on your organizations structue.
Lacks native integration to O365/M365, lacks on native integration with other Zoho apps like Zoho Projects. The upgrade to Zoho CRM is costly.
