On the occasions that I have used the online support, the reaction has been almost immediate and the issue resolved. Every area of Open CRM that I have come into contact with has delivered first class customer service - we are exceptionally happy that we chose Open CRM - Thanks Guys
Both [sensitive content hidden] have been extremely patient and supportive during the Open CRM integration. The system does everything I desired (and more) and will allow us to collate and therefore, use our business information to evaluate and plan for the future. Everything is now in one place, has an audit trail and is easily searched for and used. The training sessions with [sensitive content hidden] were informal, informative, hands on and were never rushed. [sensitive content hidden] was always happy to go over a particular area of the system as many times as was necessary (which was often) to allow me full understanding.
There is nothing about using Open CRM that I dislike.

This software is very user friendly. One of the things I like about this software is the option to put a follow update to contact your client. I have used other software that don't have this option and you have to manually search for the clients. CRM also allows you the pull many different reports and transfer to excel sheet for example call reports, full database, opportunity reports and quote reports.
I can't think of any thing I don't like abt CRM.

The software is easy to navigate and when you can't find something the support is great, there are some very good documents in the knowledge base that make it easy to work out
when something does update, it can throw the formatting out of the crm layout so notes don't fit as they used to. Using the CRM from mobile/tablet could be improved greatly

As a small buisness finding our feet and figuring things out it was really important to us to work with an approachable service provider that gave us a CRM that was adaptable. Thats what we got!
I think it would be really helpful to have your email inbox live within the CRM - if I was opening CRM to open my emails i'd probably be using the platform more consistantly!

I think it is a great CRM System
Easy to use, manage contacts and pipeline.
Would like to see more options for quote generation - being able to shift line items around, add pictures to a quote, etc

Open CRM makes our daily tasks so much easier, the information is stored well. Open CRM allows us to reach our target audience quickly and easily
Sometimes i find there are too many click through required to get to the end objective

OpenCRM is the best system out there for the simplicity of use and how you can easily customise the layouts etc. I have used a few CRM's and I found that I picked OpenCRM very quickly. It's very easy to navigate through the different modules. I have also had to reach out to the support team a few times and they have been nothing but supportive! Would highly recommend

Very happy - couldn't do my job without it.
CRM helps me stay organised. Helps me never forget a call back (and I have allot) We can also process our sales and send quotes from CRM.

The ease of usage, if I can use it anyone can. Has all the correct features for my needs.
Sometimes it seems to need too many clicks to get back to where I was.

I like the layout the most - really easy to work around and very user friendly. Never had any issues with the speed or quality of the service - CRM does exactly what you need it to do when you need it to do it! Would definitely recommend.
I think the lack of user understanding into the full features that CRM offers is something that could be worked upon. We had a session with a CRM trainer to teach us some hidden features we were not aware of. Appreciate that we were able to find this out, but a more proactive attempt by CRM to demonstrate these functionalities would be appreciated.

It's aimed at using OpenCRM to better effect alongside our Jotform and Zapier integrations. If you do a quick search for OpenCRM within YouTube, you'll find our channel and from there, just hit subscribe and click the bell icon and you'll be notified of any new videos we upload. Very positive - best CRM i've ever used - would strongly recommend to others.
The system is comprehensive from cradle to grave in terms of adding contacts, seeing through the quote stage, order stage and invoice stage. The reports then produced to monitor the salesforce and see real results is invaluable.
Sometimes hangs on loading pages which then goes back to the main screen once started searching.

Not great. Our company has been using for a few years and as we have grown its failings have become more frustrating and apparent. We are changing CRM.
it has all the features you would expect of an online CRM
Its badly laid out and very buggy. We kept coming across things that didnt work. when we reported these bugs OpenCRM admitted they didn't work but if we wanted that functinoality we would have to pay for it. The email program is very bad and barely functions. The reporting system is also overly complex

OpenCRM does not have an email client, so we were left a little puzzled by your comment stating that our email program is 'very bad and barely functions'. It's always disappointing when we have been unable to quantify the areas that you were struggling with, and for that, I can only apologise. Our goal is a bug-free experience for our thousands of users. To clarify, we have never charged for bug fixing, and our approach to feedback around areas of the system that have genuine issues has always been to embrace the feedback to make our product better for our whole community. This is the first CRM I have ever used and have enjoyed my experience with it.
What I like the most of CRM is how friendly and easy to use.
It would be interested if we could customize our own home page with the tabs we most need and the color.
