The tool is pretty easy to integrate and helps to re engage lot of our subscribers. The support team is very responsive and patient in answering queries.
The biggest problem I've had is audience retention. There was always a problem with the old provider where subscribers would just fall off for the most benign reasons.
Very easy to configure, Free and with a excellent technical support.
Never have I faced that problem with Truepush.
The good thing about Truepush is that it's completely free and the number of subscribers is unlimited.
API is not good, it has very limited features. There is no way to send a notification to test users.
A solid and always free solid service for sending notifications.
The only option that is missing in truepush is the possibility to monetize the pushs.
Best alternative of sending free web notification, Platform is very easy to implement & use.
True push has a clean and simple interface and is free. This is almost unbelievable.
We have configured about 3 tools before knowing Truepush and for the team at the agency it turned out to be the best to configure and teach our clients.

It's hard to navigate the galaxy of marketing software packages. After several disappointments, I did my research to finally find the "Real CDP" label.
Working in a highly customer-centric focus myself, I appreciate that they are like-minded, and they have been helping me a lot on how to maximize my investment with them.
Some integrations were missing, but were addressed very quickly by the team.
Moreover, the team is always ready to help, it is very pleasant to work with them and to build up a relationship.

For example, I can see what topics are driving detractors, but I can't easily cross-reference that against what topics are driving support tickets, or negative reviews.
They are very responsive and accommodating and always such a joy to work with. Their product is geared towards customer support use cases, which we love.
Lack of graphics, can't pull charts to PowerPoint, it usually a screenshot.
Idiomatic is a great product with excellent account management and customer success teams.
This tool tracks new email inquiries only, no follow on inquiries in the same ticket, or phone calls.
Set up was easy and the Idiomatic team is really here to help. They field all of my questions and are clearly trying to ensure my success in utilizing their product.
Language detection is a feature we need that Idiomatic doesn't provide, at least not as a value sent back to Zendesk tickets.
The Idiomatic team was extremely helpful and prepared throughout the initial set-up with my team's Zendesk data. The product itself is amazing.

We really enjoy the simplicity and the practicality of this system. It was really easy to install and our customers adapted quickly to our new loyalty program thanks to Spark.
My only con for the system is that sometimes the IPad can lag pretty bad and this will frustrate the customer.
My overall experience has been very positive. I have repeat customers that love the loyalty program.
The software for the stamping lags whenever stamp is applied.
I love how easy it is to use and how my guests love that it is interactive and "new age.
Software fails everyday requiring iPad restart and sometimes doesn't load.
Great experience and simple to use. Our customers love to collect points to redeem for free drinks and are more likely to come back to our shop.
There is no way to change, at least not that I have been shown, to change what pops up on the screen.
I have team members that appreciate the easy application. And I have time that needs to be saved and this product allows me that.
