Definitely can recommend it. Great for improvement of your business performance and customer.
It made my previous strategy of recruiting data scientists obsolete and that is kind of embarrassing.
It automatically transforms our text voice of customer feedback so we can use so much more of the data we have. Super easy to use for non data scientists, and delivers great results.
Doesn't have a 24/7 life support chat. Some of the visuals and navigation around the functionality takes a bit of time.
You can see an improve of your business performance right away. It has a great understanding of customers needs and speeds up the customer experience management process.
I still have't worked out anything I don't like about this software.

The UI is easy to use and the data inside has so far been very useful. We have a niche business that requires a fine amount of tuning to find the best persona to fit our business needs.
Irrelevant leads, i would avoid buying leads from them.
The associate that did the demo was very friendly and helpful without being pushy or following up too much after our initial call like other companies do.
There seems to be quite a few duplicates of personas within the data and the Salesforce conversion isn't without it's problem.
Very positive and the sales person I dealt with initially was really great to deal with.
Great value for money, in fact Leadiro has easily shown the best ROI on any of our marketing spend.
Easy to use, great customer support, great bang for your buck.
Fantastic - prompt customer support and very easy experience.
The navigation on the site is great, and the filtering options were exactly what I needed to get to a level of specification that made sense for the leads I was looking for.
Overall it is a good product. The email addresses are accurate and up to date.
Great experience overall, I expect their data base to grow and become a market leader.

They have great support and CS managers that will help you very fast and until you'll be satisfied with a solution.
Lack of option to create control groups for campaigns.
I have been a fan since starting to use Solitics. Initially I had a few teething problems but once we resolved a few load issues and other ad-hoc bits I have been very impressed.
Messy, unclear, very unclear reports, needs alot of improvment.
It's great to work with their team who you can tell are all very passionate about the product they sell.
Because we use it for few brands it is not so convenient to use once we export the report, the report is very unfriendly and there is not so much how to control the fields there.
The support team are all excellent and it's always a pleasure dealing with them.
Solitics have lots of 3rd party integration, great costumer success team. They do some customizations to the platform, They have out of the box solutions.

Lack of features/level of detail of features. Lack of proper documentation concerning the usage of those features.
Overall CrossEngage helps us tremendously in building automated communication campaigns on multiple platforms. It is a great tool to use for transactional as well as marketing communication.
No raw data export of statistics yet. No campaign flow chart yet (therefore multi step campaigns are a bit more difficult to maintain).
Great experience, responsive, nice and helpful people.
Some convenience features when building more complex segments are missing for example building negative segments.
Can handle a huge amount of date in an impressive speed.
Currently) limited number of integrations. Very few documentations about building a campaign.
High flexibility to set up communication for various channels. Great segmentation perfomance.
It would be really handy to download the reports you get in every campaign Dashboard. Additionally this dashboard is a bit annoying to set the date every time.
