The support and implementation team is very responsive and does a great work.
We've only had one issue where promote event link on our social media channel, but the customer service team helped me to solve the problem quickly.
The system is very easy to use and has all the necessary functionalities for an event platform from registration to analytics. It has very good integration possibilities with other systems.
This Software is Complete Package for Events Hosting and Management that offers very rich features to organize virtual events. It's a very easy to use and worthy tool among your spent.

The lack of a writable API is discouraging and makes it difficult to integrate with our other systems.
The integration with our event management system is great and the UX is really good. Super user-friendly and clear with labels, flexible to add your own tags/categories, etc.
The calendar has little to no spam protection so users can post hundreds of bogus reviews while trying to farm clicks on our platform.
Pretty satisfied with it, though there's always room for improvement. Team is responsive and helpful.
Inability to manage RSS feeds of content in a custom way, but that could just be me.

Some interface and texts being exclusively in English language makes the access and mechanics confusing to attendees and imposes a hard barrier to culturally diverse participants.

Honestly, I did not find anything that was troubling me.
The experience is very good, but in Brazil we have sympla, which is a great competitor.

It has been a pleasant experience thus far and I believe that we will continue to make very good use of it.

The only negative is that you can only make admin changes on the desktop and not through the app.
Overall, we enjoy using MeetApp and the team is very responsive and helpful, to identify solutions for our needs.
They are cost-effective, but not "cheap" in the sense of a sub-par product, and fits in most of our budget needs, as we often have limited budgets to work with.
If you like to do things on your own you can follow the help guides and knock out the build in a few hours. If you want more advise, they are always willing to help.
To work around this we had participants log into Zoom in a separate window, which was not ideal because they could bypass using MeetApp.
Content preparation and organization was outstanding, this lead to great delivery and the audience was blown away.
To maximize the amount of users, the signing-up process should be minimal work. This might have led to lower uptake of the app than would have otherwise been possible.
Ease of setting up the product is outstanding, also customer support feedback is exceptional as i have had cause to speak with a support agent as regards subscription pricing for the app.
