Our commitment
Independent research methodology
Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

Callmaker overview
What is Callmaker?
Callmaker provides companies with widgets which can be used across one or multiple websites, to offer visitors free callbacks within 25 seconds. Once a visitor submits their phone number, either landline or mobile, Callmaker automatically calls the company’s agents, and once an available operator accepts the call, Callmaker then calls the visitor on their provided phone number. Calls to clients are made using local numbers, so the client does not incur any fees for receiving the call. If a call request is made outside of office hours, clients can choose a time to schedule the call for on following business days.
Callmaker can be set up to follow two different call routing patterns. In the first, one operator is called at a time, in series, so that if the first agent is busy or does not answer, the second number in the queue is called, and so on. In the second, all agents are called at the same time, which can reduce the amount of time taken to find an available operator. Multiple departments can also be set up, with clients able to select the department they wish to speak to on the call request popup.
Callmaker also includes an admin panel and integrates with Google Analytics, which allows users to view the number of calls made, analyse their return on investment (ROI), assess the performance of agents compared to their KPIs, and more.
