What is evolCampus?
evolCampus is a cloud-based eLearning platform that helps businesses and educational institutions create courses in different formats such as PDF, JPG, or DOC and provide training to students and employees. Instructors can conduct individual or mass enrollment of attendees or allow self-registration for candidates.
The application enables organizations to create custom courses with company logo, domain name, brand colors, and email account. evolCampus lets users configure training and store and export documents in Excel and PDF formats in compliance with FUNDAE regulations for teletraining. Trainers can prepare lessons through the web editor and reuse the course content across different groups of participants. Teachers can also track course progress based on passing criteria such as grade, time, or percentage passed, generate reports, and send alerts for poor performance.
evolCampus offers API-based as well as direct integration with third-party applications such as WooCommerce, Zoom, GoToMeeting, ClickMeeting, and more. Administrators can grant role-based permissions to teachers or coordinators and set up specific dates and deadlines to access courses. Candidates can also communicate with mentors through chat, messages, forums, and notice boards.
