We love these guys and we are soooo happy we found them. We are a small Mom and Pop business and we sell and repair copiers. Sometimes our clients need us to set them up to print and using fix me IT has saved us so much down time since my husband is the only tech. We used Log Me In and Join Me for a while but we kept having to create new accounts as their annual prices were high and only priced for the larger companies.  Currently you can only remote in for PC and not for MAC but they said they are working it.  Again we highly recommend using these guys since you cannot beat the price and how easy it is to use.

Most of my clients are out of state, so I would not have a business without a secure, easy-to-use remote access program.  The rate is very reasonable for my small home-based accounting business.  I searched through alot of remote programs and FixMe.IT has exceeded my expectations. 

I could not run my business without it and my remote clients are happy with the ease of set-up.

Functionality is consistent. Allows our company to remote into user machines when our primary remote connection tool has issues.

Techinline is a secondary remote connection tool for our company. It works well when it is needed.

The software delivered reliable and efficient remote support capabilities, allowing me to connect to clients' computers seamlessly. The user-friendly interface and intuitive design made it easy to navigate and perform remote tasks. The file transfer feature was a useful addition for quick and secure file exchange. Although there were some limitations in terms of advanced features, FixMe.IT provided a solid remote support solution that met my basic requirements.

My only complaint is the inability to share access with other users. This becomes a problem when I work on a team or when there network services provider uses FixMe.

Software Support - 

Unattended access is very easy to setup and initiate when appropriate. I have used this product for years with amazing reliability and very little need for technical support.

I love the ability to view all users by office. I am able to see if they are logged in and if they are working or if the system is logged in and idle.

Lack of Mac support is a big limitation, causing us to utilises two products. Limit on number of unattended clients that can be stored is a pain in the Rse.

Occasionally there are errors, we get bumped from a server, or we have to restart a machine locally to re-connect -- but those issues are few & fear between. This is an issue maybe ~2% of the time.
