Pros

Using ISL daily to help my work colleagues is easy and funny. I like making groups of computers and getting all organizated.
Easy and great remote support solution , secure and stable for our remote connection needs.
Having tried many other remote products finding one that has all the features I required and delivering them at such a competitive price was a natural winner for me.

Pros

The AnyDesk software solution for the remote desktop control is one of the best. It offers multiple options and tools integrated into a nice, very easy to use interface.
So I have to connect with my colleagues, so I always use AnyDesk to connect with the computers of my colleagues. I really like the outstanding performance of this software.
The thing that I liked the most is that it is reliable and easy to use software for accessing the desktop/laptop remotely. It is very easy to install.

Cons

The client interface on the website is increasingly ambiguous - we find often clients download the wrong code - the client side.
Switching monitors is also a drag as it's also very, very slow to display the content of each individual monitor.
It is a little bit difficult to set up the On Prem version and personalize it.

Cons

If poor internet connection, the keyboard stroke is not detected properly. It is very difficult to type something in remote desktop when we have poor internet connection.
I did not like that hackers can come in and destroy programs and make malware in the computer that is horrible to have done.
It is no longer necessary to leave the office or home to address the PC problems of other network users.

E' un buon prodotto con un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, non mi sembra giri su Linux e su Android ha grosse pecche rispetto ai competitor come Anydesk.

Pros

Permette ogni volta di attivare un canale diverso e quindi un eseguibile diverso che in termini di sicurezza è la soluzione migliore possibile.

Cons

Quando mi collego ad un macchina facente parte di un dominio di AD DC e devo inserire le credenziali administrator di dominio mi viene sempre chiesto l'ok dell'utente mentre nessun problema se mi loggo come Administrator locale e quindi della macchina.

using ISL for the last 9 months has been great, the software is easy to use, I have my customers all grouped into their own containers, I can access the software on my PC and my Mac Book.

Pros

Speed of remote control. I was using Anydesk but found it to become very slow, when my license was due for renewal I looked around and found ISL and it did everything I required it to.

Cons

nothing. ISL Light performs exactly as I want it to.

Everything you need for customer support

ISL Light Remote Desktop helps me in my job of IT technical support by not giving me a headache every time I need to get a customer on Remote Desktop. Previously it was a nightmare to explain to less tech savvy people how to install TeamViewer or AnyDesk as they would take time I could be pursuing other projects.

Pros

ISL Remote desktop is the best customer support tool I've ever used with its intuitive design and the simple "click this link to remote desktop" ability, so even the least computer competent users can work it. Very powerful and fast for how lightweight it is too. The integrations with Pronto are excellent too.

Cons

Mac integration can be a little hazy, but that is the only downside I have ever found with this software. No settings that can change sounds can be a little frustrating when the software beeps at you every 5 minutes until you close the window.

Pros

Very easy to use, simple to install, easy to remotely control a new computer using "invite". Isl light is also available for installation on remote computer for unattended control and on local computer so you don't have to login on a web page but juste start a local software.

Cons

Only information available is a complete description about the remote computer (CPU, ram, processes and so on) and lats connection time. Impossible to know how many time spend remotely by computer or by group on a period of time. Impossible to know wich computer have been accessed last month. Impossible to share a session like with TeamViewer ou AnyDesk. An the local app crashes after a while.

Anydesk is very light but an effective remote support tool

Pros

I like that its just about 3mb to download this app. It also does not have a long installation process. The feature set is quite rich as it allows the same functionality as competitors such as TeamViewer

Cons

At times clicking on the screen of the machine you are connected to does not work. Also, at times there is no notification of connection loss.

Cons

The product should try to integrate real-time audio instead of plain computer sounds. The product also is very sensitive to intermittent connections. Normally ends the session and doesn't reconnect automatically

Its fast and easy to use and full of features like remote access, transferring a file or recording a session for a helping hand in future. Its light on RAM and CPU any one with little knowledge can get hands on easily. instant access to hosts over the same network

Cons

Lags with the clipboard feature sometimes making copy and paste difficult, mobile version is not as simple as desktop version and cursor handling on mobile makes it more difficult to use on mobile

Me and my team use the free versoin of the app when we need to connect with clients or new computers. This app is lightwait and rather popular. So it is either already installed in the destination PC or we can swiftly download it. A light and quicker solution, though maybe a little buggy sometimes.

Pros

This app is very, very light. If you have an oldish computer or a slow network, this might be the best option for you.

Cons

A lot of the functionalities are locked for premium users only. And sometimes the available features don't really work, especially the typing and clicking.

I love using this tool, saves me a lot of time moving between my devices, I can access a file remotely without the need to go physically to that location.

Pros

Very light and easy to use. You can access remote devices with help of the remote user or just with a non-presential access option.

Cons

The feature wake-up on LAN sometimes doesn't work as expected.

Pros

Any Desk is very light weight, and very easy to set up in new device. Connecting to other device is very straightforward and very easy.

Cons

Didn't found any problem still. It works well all time.

Pros

AnyDesk is a great software for accessing PC or workstations remotely. It is very light weight. The load time is very low and latency is less

Cons

Sometimes we cannot figure out if the problem is with internet or two ends trying to connect through AnyDesk

Anydesk is great because its very small in size and light weight. It also has all the features that allow support technicians to assist remote users.

Cons

It's one of the must have thing at our organization. Being an Early Stage Product maker we need to see the real time issue any person is facing on the remote end. It helps us in achieving it in kind of no time and effort.

Pros

1. Light Weight and Very Fast 2. Simple and Intuitive User Interface, does not require any training even for self and remote person. 3. Cost Effective

Cons

Everything is remarkable. Would love one thing, if AnyDesk team performs periodic webinars for the best practices and capabilities should be great.

super cool.

Pros

Very light application, ease to install and straight forward guidance how to use it. Most of my users understood how to install and run from day one.

Cons

Customer support takes time to reply and recently update keeps revoke the license.We end up sign in after couple of computer restarts.
