We tried a few livechat companies but this one suited all business model and very simple to use.

No ip tracking. Sometimes is helpful to identify repeat customers

The macros, the way it is so configurable, all the feautres that it has like the bot, the screenshots

Cons

It hasn't any adjunt button in the chat to send photos or screenshots of another websites apart of the web where is the livechat

It's looking good, but it's buggy and quite expensive

It's one of the best looking chats on the market. Installation on the website is quite easy and straight forward.

Cons

Any reasonable feature is paid and payment is on the level, that you can easily consider livechat or intercom as alternative.
