What is PurelyTracking?
PurelyTracking is a free online time tracking and workforce management solution which provides businesses with tools for employee management, time tracking, job costing, work authorization, client management, leave management, asset management, project management, document management, and more. The software is suited for use across a range of industries, including manufacturing, field service, healthcare, IT staffing, retail, hospitality, and accounting.
PurelyTracking’s time clock offers a geo-lock feature to ensure that all employee check-ins/outs occur within a defined perimeter. Once inside the work area, employees can check in and out through the PurelyTracking mobile all with a single click. Employees can view their weekly timesheets in real time, and managers can track per-project time spend by each employee.
PurelyTracking offers a centralized employee self-service station which allows employees to view and update their work-related and personal information, and provides real-time access to project information. Leave management tools include configurable approval workflows, support for multiple leave policies, automated leave requests, and real-time tracking of leave balances. PurelyTracking also integrates with payroll systems such as ADP and Paychex to eliminate manual data entry mistakes.
