Their support team is super friendly and helpful. The system overall is reliable and straight forward to use.
It was a straight forward process to migrate out of old HR system. A very functional system for employees to monitor their own PTO and request time off. The embedded "time clock" system, which can be regulated by IP number is also effective.
It sometimes takes employees a while to click their way into the time off request forms, and likewise, it's easy to forget where to go to approve time off request.

As a whole we have had a good experience with the WorkforceHub.
Ease of use for staff and managers. Correction of mistakes, adding missed punches are easy for managers to fix. The note feature lets staff notify managers what the error is and what it should be.
Correcting vacation/paid time off once it has been approved. We had thought this was something that could be done directly on the time sheet but you have to go back and deny the original request and have staff request the corrected amount. We found it easier to just adjust the balance and hand write the correction on the timesheet. We do not do the auto upload as we allocate time to various departments.

There was a lot promised and very little provided. It's not my favorite software. But, they have the one thing that makes my life easier, and that's differential pay. It also integrates with Gusto, which is helpful.
The ability to track multiple differentials for different types of shifts. It's the number one reason we went with this software.
It's difficult to use, the team can't see the schedule, we can't enter PTO for employees (we can enter the hours but it doesn't show on the schedule when we do), we can't show someone as a "sick callout" and the Absent status is nearly impossible to find.

It has been a smooth and easy transition for use. The training on using the system was great.
It seems pretty easy and streamlined. Very straight forward

I'm still not really clear who I contact and for what purpose. I contact the same person and then get directed. I feel badly bugging them. I just don't recall what issues go to whom.
I like that it seems mostly easy to use from a supervisor standpoint. It is VERY easy for an employee standpoint. I just wish it was easier to get something accomplished, added, or answers to questions.
