Pros and cons

Integration/implementation was easy. The monitoring is great as well.
I love getting an email from you when a patient writes a review.
Being able to manage and see these reviews in real time helps us manage and respond in a timely manner. The software is easy to use and requires little work on our end.
I dislike that they took of the review gatekeeping.
The lack of ability to correct or respond to issues or even ability to delete negative comments that do not pertain to our practice or doctor is frustrating.

This software allows us to see a complete picture of the reviews being received

Easy monitoring of review activity with automatic recommendations

Cons

Not always successful in having negative reviews removed, regardless of the reason.

Pros

Online reputation is extremely important to our business. We receive many of our patients through online reviews. Being able to manage and see these reviews in real time helps us manage and respond in a timely manner. The software is easy to use and requires little work on our end. Highly recommend.

Cons

Integration with our practice management system, Nextech would be great so we dint have to manually upload a contact list
