What is SIP.US?

SIP.US is a cloud-based VoIP solution, which helps businesses manage processes for by providing session initiation protocol (SIP) trunk services to analog/digital telephone adapters and IP-PBX systems. It operates on clients’ broadband internet connection and uses tier-1 network to set up business phones for routing dialer traffic.

SIP.US’s self service control panel allows firms to purchase phone numbers, manage network services and modify billing preferences. The centralized platform offers real-time data of call records and allows users to store them in a unified database and download files in .CSV format, giving insights into communication requirements as well as business performance. Plus, direct inward dialing (DID) enables enterprises to display telephone numbers across international locations and make requests for new VoIP connections, establishing contact with prospects and clients.

SIP.US provides nomadic service operators for displaying clients’ addresses on softphones when they make emergency calls, enabling agents to geo-target customers. Integration with various open source systems and graphical user interfaces allows organizations to configure network connection settings based on business requirements.
