Service History Tracking. Complete audit trail for each device. Logs capture technician name, service date, actions performed, parts replaced, time spent, and resolution status. Predictive Maintenance. Algorithm flags devices approaching scheduled maintenance based on deployment date, usage patterns, and manufacturer specifications.
