In order to manage performance effectively, WorkCompass equips users with goal setting, monitoring and reporting tools. As well as allowing users to define goals easily through the goal and behavior library, WorkCompass also monitors review status and issues reminders to inform users as to when milestones, plans and reviews are due. To further enhance user productivity, WorkCompass generates performance review check-ins automatically. Promoting small, regular check-ins and conversations, WorkCompass intends to provide users with an accurate picture of business performance.
With inbuilt graphs and charting functionality, WorkCompass enables users to gain valuable insight into business performance through close data analysis. Moreover, since WorkCompass updates charts and reports in real time, users have access to the most current and relevant data. WorkCompass ensures all company data is handled and stored securely with secure sockets layer (SSL) encryption.
