Campium is a camp management platform for summer camps and organizations of all sizes with seasonal camps and services such as day camps, sports camps, sleep away or resident camps, religious camps, after school programs, and more. The solution helps users keep track of campers, staff, and leads with key features such as online registration, attendance, parent portal, photo hosting, mass email, news, announcements, unlimited custom fields, and custom reporting.
Campium enables organizations to create and customize online registration forms to collect data from both campers and staff. Completed forms can be reviewed and approved if any changes were made, and registration data can be pulled to automatically generate personal profiles for campers. To keep track of data, users can create an unlimited number of custom fields which become searchable using the filter to browse through forms, announcements, and emails.
Camp staff can create announcements and communications for parents to access via Campium’s parent portal or by email. Users can grant access to specific groups of parents using custom filters, and announcements can be enabled and disabled, and assigned a start and end date. Features for credit card processing allow camps to accept a variety of credit cards, and each transaction is logged with each payment. Parents are able to pay their invoices via the parent portal or by calling in.
Included in Campium are toggable modules that can be turned off and off by preference, such as photo hosting, calendar, attendance, YouTube, FAQ, and ‘contact us’. Camp staff are able to generate custom reports based on any criteria that exists as a profile field, and reports can be exported as a PDF, XLS, HTML, and Avery labels. Campium servers use the latest security and patches in order to keep information private and secure.
