CampMinder is a web-based camp management software which helps camp organizations by simplifying the management of operational processes such as online registration and forms, smart staffing, cabin and group assignments, transportation, healthcare, community management, fundraising, and more. The all-in-one system also offers a unified person record (UPR) system and a director's mobile app, allowing camp directors to get access to all important information while on the go. CampMinder enables organizations to allow parents to automatically enroll their children via online registration and application processes. The flexible pricing system allows camps to offer multiple discount types including early bird specials, multi-session incentives, sibling discounts, coupon codes, pay-in-full, tiered pricing, and more. Smart camp staffing includes features for recruitment, integrated background checks, forms and document collections, and smart digital contracts to help find and manage staff. Users can then drag and drop selected staff into cabins to assign them to groups of campers. CampMinder helps simplify cabin group management by allowing camp operators to include photos and detailed camper profiles for each cabin. Day camp transportation and attendance within CampMinder enables organizations to define their own plan by adding busses and bus stops, as well as take attendance and manage any late drop-offs or early pickups. Parents can keep track of their children via CampMinder’s mobile-friendly online community which allows them to view and browse through photos and videos, as well as receive hand-written letters delivered as PDFs via the integrated eLetter system. Tools for fundraising help camp organizations to raise money by creating campaigns, managing donor profiles, tracking gifts and pledges, and more.
