Even though we see occasional issues, the solid customer service goes a long way...this is our first venture into LMS and I don't see us trying anything else at this time, as we understand MC-LMS pretty well and have a great feel for the software moving-forward.
IT's a one-stop-shop for managing a membership database. It also allows other features, running events, payments, creating groups of customers, 2-way communications with members. The customer service is normally quick and always courteous and professional.
I'm not sure how stable the software is, as it seems some features stop working occasionally and/or are slow, but it seems these issues are worked on and fixed with upgrades.
