What is TEEPTRAK?
TEEPTRAK is an industrial performance measurement tool intended to calculate the profitability of a machine or process. Different modules can be adapted to different needs, such as analyzing quality criteria and monitoring machine performance, manual tasks, or external parameters.
This all-in-one solution includes a module that links to a tablet and website. The program uses IoT and other recent technologies and applies lean management principles to improve the return on investment. The aim is to understand the source of performance loss during a machine shutdown by combining the data collected through sensors and information provided by the operators using their tablets. This data is then analyzed and output in a visual form via the supervision website, ready for on-demand configuration. Dashboards, reports, and alerts are received, providing users with real-time information about the production site.
The TEEPTRAK tool is based on an externally integrated system that can be installed at production sites or on diverse kinds of equipment. The available data can then be exported to other software or equipment for use outside of the workshop in order to help improve performance.
