Pros and cons

Changing the verbiage improves the quality of the content, which increases the reader's desire to read and engage. Writing content with Wordtune was really enjoyable for me.
I'm using its free version, and yet it is so helpful that I'm pretty certain that the premium version will be even better and worth spending money on.
It is very easy to use, You can track your phrases, and suggest all different tones which reflect your emotions while writing is pretty amazing.
Only pity is that this is limited to english, tho other languages can be recognized and translated into english.
They charge you even after you have requested to cancel.
Their monthly subscription fee is crazy compared to their annual plan paid monthly. Maybe they can introduce a mid plan with limited credits.

Powerful AI Writing Tool with Limitations

Reviewed a year ago
Pros

Wordtune seamlessly integrates into my existing writing process, allowing me to access its suggestions effortlessly. I appreciate the real-time feedback it offers as I type, which helps me make immediate improvements and saves me time in the editing phase. The tool's smooth integration and ease of use have significantly enhanced my writing workflow.

Cons

While Wordtune offers useful suggestions, it's important to approach them with caution. There were instances where the suggested rephrasing didn't align with my intended meaning or changed the tone of my writing. It's crucial to review the suggestions critically and ensure they accurately convey the message.

Every member of every team should have Wordtune

Reviewed 2 years ago

It took a while to get going, not its first plugin I always check for in the places I write or work. It is an indispensable part of who I am, like my mobile.

Pros

The option to reflect a particular tone when you are trying to go casual or formal, or you can choose snippets of each suggestion to create your perfect blend.

Cons

It takes a while to get going, as it has to learn from you; the more you use it, the better it gets. My suggestion, stick with it; the rewards will come later. Some of the initial suggestions will be crap, but later, they get much better and instead of having one good alternative, you will get to have two-three usually ones and the others you can use snippets from. I haven't sent an email in over a year without word-tuning it.

WordTune: Great for copywriters, not much for content writers

Reviewed 2 years ago

Overall experience is close to neutral as it comes in handy for 20% of my work, but the good thing is that it always gets the job done. So far, I have a 100% satisfaction rate whenever I have used the software for my copywriting needs.

Pros

The software offers amazing text editing services if you want to make any creative copy crispier or longer as per your needs. It offers around 8 suggestions for a free trial and more if you have purchased the subscription. For my copywriting needs, I use it nearly once a week but I don't use it for content writing as it is time-consuming and suggestions are limited.

Cons

The text editor should have more options with add-on words to make the sentence more impactful and similarly, if it can offer grammar & spell check services like Grammarly (as good), then I might switch from Grammarly to this.

Wordtune is a powerful AI-based writing tool that makes it easy to rewrite and come up with new idea

Reviewed 2 years ago
Pros

When my blog posts get a little repetitive, I use it. Wordtune is so simple to use that it literally changes the song for you.

Cons

A writer's ability to develop and learn to write more concisely may be hindered if they overuse this tool, in my opinion.

In my arsenal of business tools, this is my go-to tool

Reviewed 2 years ago

I've been using WordTune for the past 3 years and it's been nothing short of life-changing. I never realized how much my writing was lacking until I started using the app. It's not just a tool to help me proofread, but it actually helps me improve my writing style. I would recommend this app to anyone who wants to take their writing to the next level

Pros

Changing the verbiage improves the quality of the content, which increases the reader's desire to read and engage. Writing content with Wordtune was really enjoyable for me

Cons

All in all, I am still very happy with the improvements WordTune has made to the way I write. There are always ways to improve however, and there is always room for new functionality to come out. Nevertheless, WordTune has made my life easier and I find myself using it more and more often.

Helpful tool for writers

Reviewed 2 years ago

I liked using Wordtune, I was not the one paying for it, so I have nothing to say about the pricing. It is a helpful tool to help people who don't have much creativity to write essays or texts.

Pros

What I like most is when I can select a sentence, which allows me to rewrite it using other words, redo it formally, or make sure it's not looking like a robot writing. It is really helpful and talking about text editors.

Cons

I don't have much to say on the cons, but I would change the velocity of the article checkers; sometimes, we need to finish a document, and it takes a while because the article checkers' features are slow.

Wordtune is my number 1 choice for AI writing assistant in my office.

Reviewed 2 years ago
Pros

I am an Executive commercial by profession. So, I need to communicate frequently with clients overseas and beneficiary banks, suppliers, etc for documentation by email. So, the written form of communication without error & presenting an alternate but lucrative sentence formatting is a must for me. Wordtune has made it just easier for me. It is a great AI assistant tool! I use it on my browser when preparing emails and documents. The price is also very cheap. I must recommend this tool to anyone who is looking for my type of solution.

Cons

As this tool is solving problems for me on daily basis and I am quite satisfied with what I am paying for; I have no objection for now!

Lost Customer Due to Premium Requirements

Reviewed 2 years ago

Wordtune was a solid free resource as the user still had to do most of the work as the program was often unable to determine acronyms and common technical language. Again, since the user still had to piece many of the suggestions together the significant reduction of only ten rewrites a day with the free plan or switching to unlimited for $9.99/ month was not worth the additional expense.

Pros

Wordtune is an excellent resource to help improve sentences by offering multiple suggestions and allowing the user to pull from the various options.

Cons

The Chrome Extension icon would often get in the way, especially when trying to type responses into online forms.

Pros

Wordtune is fast and efficient and i use it often to proofread. It is especially useful if you aren't native at English. You can write and edit like a professional by using it. It's not a tool to rewrite articles, but rather a tool to help you write them.

Cons

Wordtune has not given me any reason to complain so far. I am quite satisfied with it.

Wordtune does not worth it

Reviewed 3 years ago

I am very dissapointed with using Wordtune. It does not help you if you have above-average English writing skills. I contacted the support more than a month ago with no replies ever.

Pros

I did not like any specific features of Wordtune

Cons

Wordtune does not hemp with paraphrasing. It simply shuffles the words in a sentence. That's it! It does not support any writing software such as MS Word as well.

Whatever Algorithm Wordtune Uses Is Definitely Topnotch

Reviewed 3 years ago

Overall, it's a pretty neat software that paraphrases on a sentence-by-sentence basis.

Pros

The first thing I fell in love with about Wordtune is the interface. There is no clutter; so it's easy to find whatever you're looking for. It's a very simple tool that you can get a good grasp of almost immediately. You can take any piece of content, copy and paste it in Wordtune and you would be able to rephrase it in a way that will be unique in the end. It allows you to highlight paragraphs of...

Cons

About the cons I have encountered using Wordtune, I can't remember any right now. It could easily be one of the best paraphrasing tools I've used or found.
