The user experience and the management in building agents is very nice and commendable in this software. Many tools and major integration platforms are provided for deployment which is very good.
Its restricted to API's and some time difficult to integrate in your system.
By having a friendly interface and an extensive documentation, it can be considered one of the best options for a beginner in bot development.
Also, our developers thought Dialogflow documentation around Python SDK is limited in scope. It has limited examples of implementation, use cases are not diverse and few tutorials on how to implement.
The overall experience from Modeling to Testing and then Deploying is very good. I like this software very much.
Some of the features in DialogFlow are still in beta phase. The number of available languages as of now is limited.
The best thing I like in this process is the guide and documentation available to use this software.

The end users love this software. If you have a good programmer on your team, this product will do just about whatever you want.
Reporting was horrible, any customization was impossible, the support from the company was horrific, slow to respond, promised everything, never delivered even when we offered to pay for things.
The ChangeGear product has all the tools needed to run a successful incident, change and help desk system. I have been a user for many years and the team at Sunview has always been top notch.
With flexibility comes risk and some of my pain areas are the support services (pay for support) has degraded since I first signed on and are difficult to arrange.
Many would consider them a visionary or leading-edge company in the ITSM industry. SunView is also easy to do business with and you will be treated like a family member.
There are no error messages when two technicians are in the same ticket trying to update the ticket.
Considering our budget constraints, ChangeGear is currently a great tool for our organization. We are exited about the new and improved service catalog module.
Everyone I've ever talked to at my company hates this product.

The program has no localization. Designed for English-speaking countries.

Email connector service has broke at least 3 times and its currently been down for a week. Now we cannot close or edit tickets so its nearly impossible to track our work.

The best thing I like about Appen is the opportunity to work on different projects at the same time. They offer great opportunities like Translation, Transcription, search engine evaluators.
The problem is that once you are on the app/website there are buttons where it says "Work This", but when you clicked on it you'll receive an error.
Its like a kind of freelancing platform. Appen is the best for getting incentives for doing tasks.
Sometimes, it takes forever for an applicant (contractor) to get a feedback from Appen regarding an application status. Their customer service is DEAD.
My overall experience with Appen is great and i recommend everyone to use appen. It provides us money or rewards for doing some tasks.
I disagree with their analysis of my work occasionally.

The best thing I like about Appen is the opportunity to work on different projects at the same time. They offer great opportunities like Translation, Transcription, search engine evaluators.
The problem is that once you are on the app/website there are buttons where it says "Work This", but when you clicked on it you'll receive an error.
Its like a kind of freelancing platform. Appen is the best for getting incentives for doing tasks.
Sometimes, it takes forever for an applicant (contractor) to get a feedback from Appen regarding an application status. Their customer service is DEAD.
