Amazing product for a great price.

Reviewed 3 years ago

Using it daily for 6 months, keeping track of new leads, inbound client referrals, setting tasks daily, etc.

Pros

It is a huge competitor with Salesforce. It is user friendly, and great for setting tasks and reminders.

Cons

I wish there was more customization features to allow us to tailor things exactly to our needs.

BNTOUCH REVIEW

Reviewed 2 months ago
Pros

What I really like about BNTouch Mortgage CRM is how well it caters specifically to the mortgage industry. The mortgage-specific features, like loan tracking and document management, make my day-to-day tasks so much easier to manage. The integrated marketing tools are also a big plus—I can easily run email and SMS campaigns without needing a separate platform. I appreciate the customization options,...

Cons

While I appreciate many aspects of BNTouch Mortgage CRM, there are some downsides I've noticed. The learning curve can be steep due to the platform's comprehensive features and customization options, which can be a bit overwhelming at first. The cost is also a consideration—it can be pricey, especially for smaller teams or individuals. I've found that the available third-party integrations are somewhat limited, which can be frustrating if you rely on specific tools. The user interface feels a bit outdated, making it less intuitive than other systems I've used. Additionally, while the customization options are great, they can be complex and time-consuming to set up. Lastly, I've experienced some delays with customer support, which can be challenging when I need quick assistance.

HORRIBLE Crashes literally weekly!!!

Reviewed 4 years ago

Horrible. Poor customer service. The system glitches and crashes all the time.

Pros

I do like what it is SUPPOSED to do. And I like it WHEN it works. The unfortunate truth is that the system literally crashes weekly.

Cons

The system is always glitching, crashing and their customer service does not exist. You think your email and text messages are being sent to clients, leads, prospects. But in reality, they aren't. When you call for service there is always some excuse. This goes on repeatedly. Ask them to waive your monthly fee, or reduce it for poor service, nope. You get to pay full price for a product/service that...

Lots of functionality poor execution

Reviewed 8 months ago

Clunky. Dated. Old tech. Hard to search. No keywords. Finicky. Buggy.

Pros

This crm is clunky at best. It is not visually appealing, dashboard does not aid sales process, hard to searxh and manage contacts and pipelines. All kinds of functionality and low low low ease of use.

Cons

Overly complicated and lots of hidden info. Hard to search. App absolutely sucks. Seriously, as if it was made in 1999. It has near zero functionality. Hire 20 current and accomplished makers of apps and start over entirely. It should have 95% of the functionality as the desktop. Currently it has 2%.

Too expensive for what they offered.

Pros

The software was nice for lead management.

Cons

Very complicated to use, which caused to much confusion for the staff.

Vendor response

Hi Michael, BNTouch offers a plethora of features, and we're always adding more. We do offer live training, monthly live webinars, a library of videos that'll walk you through all we've got to offer. We've got our gold-standard live support team that can also walk you through anything within our system.  BNTouch changes the game for your business, but there's a bit of a learning curve when you first...

Easy to use

Reviewed 2 months ago

Overall I am happy with the product as my very first CRM and the price compared to other CRM's that I was shopping is extremely competitive.

Pros

This is my first ever CRM to get and it's very simple to start out with, but allows flexibility to expand as you get more comfortable with it.

Cons

There are some bugs that occur like frequently creating duplicate client information whenever I update a client file in my LOS system and then I have to either delete the duplicate or merge it with the original.

so far OUTSTANDING - but we are brand new to the program - we shall see. I may update my review later but as it stands now we are truly very happy with it

Pros

This offers everything that the last CRM we used did PLUS a WHOLE LOT more!! And at a GREATLY reduced cost!!!

Cons

Well I found some of the social media marketing a bit difficult to negotiate but their team is super good about getting back to you with questions and I am just really right now having nothing to complain about :)

Great videos but not so good customer support

Reviewed 6 years ago
Pros

I signed up for this product because I liked what it had to offer. I had Media Center for many years and it did a great job. They set it up for me; however it did not draw information from Calyx POINT when I changed companies. They were bit expensive too. BN Touch costs was less than Media center but more than Jungo. BN touch have great videos.

Cons

No good customer support. The IT representative was really good; he managed to get it connected to my Point. However, I had to figure out calling calyx and bunch of numbers to enable him to do what was needed. I spent 1 month or more for that while paying for BN touch. Now that is resolved; I really needed someone from customer support to guide me on the phone so that I can set up marketing and other...
