Our commitment
Independent research methodology
Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

CapEx360 overview
What is CapEx360?
CapEx360 is a capital management and governance system for organizations where capital decisions carry real consequence. It governs the full capital lifecycle in one place: capital expenditure request, business case, approval routing, commitment, spend tracking, forecasting and post-investment review.
The Problem it Replaces:
Most capital programs still run on spreadsheets scattered across sites, categories and fiscal years. Consolidation becomes a manual rebuild, approvals stall in email, and few teams can say with confidence what has been committed against what was approved. CapEx360 replaces that with a single system of record.
Core Functions:
- CapEx request intake against the approved plan, with sponsor, category and business unit attached
- Business case capture to a consistent standard, so requests are comparable
- Multi-level approval routing driven by request value, category and business unit
- Configurable stage gates, where capital advances only on an explicit decision
- Delegation of authority, including named cover when an approver is unavailable
- Budget versus requested versus actuals and commitments, including carryover from prior periods
- Multi-year capital planning across 3, 5 and 10+ year horizons
- Post-investment review measuring delivered outcome against the approved case
- Full audit trail recording who approved what, when, and on what basis
Reporting and Analytics:
Portfolio views by region, country, site, business unit or category. Automated reporting covers budget versus requested versus actuals and commitments across the life of a project. Microsoft Power BI connectivity brings capital data into the reporting tools finance teams already use.
Integrations:
CapEx360 is ERP agnostic out of the box and has been deployed alongside major enterprise finance platforms. Integration scope is defined per engagement rather than sold as a fixed connector list, which keeps implementation aligned to how each organization actually runs its capital process.
Security and Deployment:
Delivered as single-tenanted SaaS, so client data is not co-mingled with other customers. SOC 2 certified.
CapEx360 for Mining:
A purpose-built edition extends the planning horizon to 40 years for life-of-mine planning and includes Statistics Canada regulatory and statistical reporting out of the box. Neither capability is native to the base platform.
In Production:
Macmahon Holdings, an ASX-listed mining services contractor, reduced its CapEx request approval cycle from five or six weeks to under one week. Hood Companies consolidated more than 120+ spreadsheets across 125 sites into a single system. Other clients include Kinross Gold, AB InBev and CN Rail.
Who it is for:
Enterprise and mid-market organizations in mining, manufacturing, transportation, energy and consumer goods. Typical buyers are CFOs, VP Finance, FP&A leaders, corporate controllers, capital project directors and investment governance teams.
