SaaS billing for MSPs & resellers of usage-based services

  0 reviews

Datagate overview

Datagate is a cloud-based service billing engine and customer portal which is designed to manage data aggregation, service usage analysis, costing, and invoicing. The software offers solutions for managed service providers (MSPs), resellers, utilities, water, internal service providers (ISPs), telecoms, and more.

Datagate aggregates service usage data from multiple sources and delivers information in a common format, providing users with a simplified environment for service rating, pricing, and bundling. Telecommunications services including unified communications, cellular, VoIP, tolls, and data plans can be managed and billed. Any number of telecommunications services and carriers can be bundled in a single bill.

Datagate’s optional white-label customer portal enables the provision of a branded online interface through which customers can access their invoices, usage trends, call details, and other usage data. Integration with CCH SureTax ensures that applicable telecoms taxes are accurately calculated for customers located in different tax jurisdictions. Datagate can also be used to manage consumption-based water billing, with the ability to link meter reading software with accounting systems including QuickBooks, Xero, and MYOB.
