What is GhostPractice?

GhostPractice is a law practice management software designed to help legal firms handle debt collection, billing, time tracking, accounting, bank reconciliation, and other administrative processes from within a unified platform. Supervisors can import data in bulk, maintain an audit log for electronic requisitions and create custom bills according to specific departments’ requirements.

Using GhostPractice, law firms can store information related to clients, cases, documents, tasks, billing, and accounting in a centralized repository. Businesses can match and compare bank statements, track time or costs for each task, and manage contacts individually or based on groups. Administrators can create mailing lists for email and direct mail marketing campaigns. Legal professionals can also generate reports on debtor summary statements and debt recovery status.

GhostPractice facilitates integration with several third-party systems such as ACL, Microsoft Outlook, and more. Other features include general ledger, trust accounting, business intelligence (BI), accounts payable, customizable reports, and milestone management.
