What is Gust ?

Gust is a SaaS equity management software designed to help businesses issue employee stock options (ESO), set up vesting schedules, and create equity incentive plan agreements. It allows organizations to divide equity among co-founders, establish bylaws, appoint board members, and reduce founder liabilities.

Stakeholders can utilize the Gust Launch system to incorporate their businesses in Delaware, manage capitalization tables, and electronically sign non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and contracts. Gust also helps finance teams monitor cash flow streams based on burn rate, cash runway, and cost forecasting, among other metrics. The application offers a Gust angel network, which enables organizations to connect with founders and investment professionals.

Gusto facilitates integration with various third-party applications such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Slack, Salesforce, Insightly, and more. Administrators can use the application to define contractors or advisors’ relationships and protect confidential information and intellectual property (IP) by formulating non-disclosure, contractor, founder IP, and other legal agreements.
