Hook Security is a security awareness training (SAT) and phishing simulation platform for MSPs and SMBs, delivered as a managed, done-for-you service. Autopilot runs the entire program: monthly training enrollments, managed phishing simulations, and automated client-ready reporting, with under 60 minutes of onboarding per organization. Integrations: Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD user sync, Google Workspace SSO, SCORM support for LMS delivery, and PSA integrations (ConnectWise, Autotask, HaloPSA) coming Q4 2026. Multi-tenant management gives MSPs one dashboard across every client, with client-branded reporting. Training content is built on PsySec, Hook's psychology-first methodology: humor-driven micro-learning designed for completion instead of compliance theater, plus HIPAA and other compliance courses. Hook Security is SOC 2 Type 2 certified.
