Moneypex's expense reporting module allows team members to identify unnecessary costs, track upcoming expenses, manage invoices, and utilize the search functionality to find relevant receipts. The financial reporting tool lets employees create income statements, generate balance sheets, forecast upcoming cash flow, and more. The built-in OCR technology enables users to scan receipts, extract data, annotate invoices, and share them via email.
Moneypex allows users to create invoices, automate payment processing, and send payment reminders, among other processes. It also lets users maintain a database of suppliers with information such as, name, activation status, and balance amount.
