Pros
We have used this program for 4 years the ease of use the quality of the program makes it a great buy for the buck We will purchase this program year after year because of the quality.
It is very user friendly, the customer support is great to work with, it is easy to create the needed forms and easy to submit the required information. We highly recommend the Payroll Mate Software.
Payroll Mate is great because you don't have to attach banking information to use it. They have amazing customer support through chat.
Cons
When you have several employees with the same first name it is confusing sometimes. Another problem I have with the software: When you change reports you must re-enter the dates each time.
Integrating data into Quickbooks can be a little difficult however, I mostly blame QB for this.
My only complaint is when i do the payroll and go to print the checks is you have to scroll through the calendar to get to the week you are working on.
