PROCAS supports accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, reconciliation, budgeting, GL, job costing, personnel records, and more. PROCAS accounting tools help users record project costs and validate transactions associated with projects. The software streamlines setup processes and expedites month-end closing, and ensures compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).
PROCAS timekeeping tools let users set-up charge codes so that employees don’t have to. Time information is sent directly to the user's accounting system to help them manage invoices quickly and accurately. Users can choose the charge codes that occur on their timesheets for a seamless experience. PROCAS offers a flexible solution, supporting multiple pay cycles and enabling users to group employees by custom approval groups.
