From production , it is very clearly given reports in detailed with accuracy. From sale point of view it is very easy to generate bill with all inventory. Most benefit of this software is ,you can do every things your self.
Product pricing. Hahaha. I think in a due bill you should be improve.

VERY GREAT WITH CUSTOMIZATION AND SCALEUP OPTIONS. LITTLE DISSATISFIED WITH SPEED OF SUPPORT BUT SOLUTIONS ALWAYAS DELIVERED.
EASY FLOW OF ACCOUNTS AND SALE DATA AND USER ORIENTED GUI
POOR ACCOUNTING HOLD ON IMPLEMENTATION OF SOME FEATURES. NEED TO TAKE LONG ROUTE THAN PRESENT INACTIVE ROUTES TO MEET DESIRED OUTOUT IN ACCOUNTING. THIS IS CASE ONLY IN HIGHER ACCOUNTING USE. BASICS VERY SORTED AS IS A GSP PROVIDER.

very bad experience as company is not communicating any thing, their server is not working properly, using for two months but their server downs every time & it took more than 15-20 hours to reconnect hence our complete system comes to halt, they are just making fool of small shopkeepers by distributing software without sufficient system inplace.
Easy, adaptable, price, affordable, reports
No support, Chat does not work, server down constantly, On feedback, main motive to sale without any communication, no one responsible for your business loss

Overall, I'd rate the experience a little above fair. I have shared a lot of suggestions and the discussions are not being taken very seriously. Some essential features are still needed in the software which can definitely make this one of the best software in the industry. Some existing features are not complete and they are blunt. They can be improved by taking direct suggestions from the customers'...
I like the many solutions that this software has to offer. A lot of the solutions that come along are really great and make the work easy. A lot of the common issues being faced in the FMCG retail sector are already addressed in the software. Also, I would like to appreciate the kind and respectful attitude of all the staff, especially, [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN]. However, improvements are needed in a lot of areas.
Yes. Definitely. There are a lot of features that can be updated and a lot of other modern features are to be included as well. 1. A lot many offer management scheme exists. But majority of them are useless for HQ customers having central pricing and offer management. As we have multiple outlets, we are unable to work out offers for our customers centrally. Gofrugal has solved our internal theft issue and of course increased our overall sales with their variety of offers in the system.
Security is the most important for a retail business and this product has solved the issue for us. Ease to us and they have the best support team. More over, it is cheap.
I dont find one when i compare gofrugal with other software.

Overall experience with Gofrugal has been satisfactory.
Using the Software, we are able to monitor the business in real time from anywhere in the world. The software gets updated regularly. The bugs are cleared and new features are added. Lots of options and reports available
The accounting side of the software needs to be improved. There should be an option for the users to design the reports from the data available. An option to back-up data and separate the database on basis of financial year would help to reduce the cost of ownership of software. Proper user manual of the software is not available. Hence not even 50% of the features of the software not being used. Currently the software gets an update every week. It's difficult to keep software up-to-date at shop.

It is a bundle of great solution, include POS, accounting, reports and snap shot view for busy managers.we
Nothing I found in this software that I can say "I like least"

Customer support not apt, unable to reach the team. Feeling tired of unsolved queries Live chats are going on for long, quick solutions look magical to me now. Or I am not sure if I am spending too much time with your software and coming across more problems
Hq is a much needed feature for a retail chain like ours for consolidated figures. Great help in micro management
Mismatch of data between hq and pos Unable to get rid of inactive data hence perfomance issue and long loading

Functionqlly it has almost everything a restaurant wpukd need to undertake its ooerations, stock, accountimg, CRM & Kitchen Management.
The Enterprise Version of this s/w is quiet expensive and prices itself out of market for resturants with less than 50 outlets..

More that 1000 reports available even some report you dont know how or why to use them. plenty of youtube videos available. you have to see the video for every problem you face
No customer support system. they don't stick to their promise what they have given at the time of purchase.

Feature and Functionality wise product really good. But support wise really bad experience
I am using Retail Easy in Hypermarket. Product is great but the support is very bad. Chat support you don't get skilled resource to fix the issues. Local Support rarely you get support, even your account manager dont't respond

Gofrugal Retail POS is just not an ordinary accounting or POS software. It is a Digital Platform for all kind of Data Management Options. Growth of any business hides in its 'Data' which is securely and efficiently maintained by this software. I always recommend Gofrugal who wants to develop their business.

The support of gofrugal is very good, we get our query resolved prompetly. and you keep introducing new features like cloud backup and mobile app is very good for business
